FundVault is a service-driven organisation with experience and understanding of fund managers' and investors' needs. Therefore, while FundVault gives you the functionality and features to take control of distributing documents - easily and effectively, we're also here to provide a full service to you and your investors.

24/7 telephone and online support and security 

We provide you and your users with support 24 hours a day, wherever they are. Now thay do not need for you to get in to their office to provide them with lost or forgotten passwords for instance, or help in retrieving their documents. This is especially useful when you have investors or potential investors in a different time zone.

We also monitor the system for unauthorized activity to maintain integrity 24 hours a day. We will work with you to establish the level of security you want, and then provide you with report on a regular basis.

Hosted or Delivered Solution

Unlike some competitors we're not trying to collect users - we'll offer you the convenience of a fully hosted solution like the others, or we'll deliver the service to you in a box - on a dedicated server with a service element. Its as you want it.
